Today’s consumers are looking for healthy foods with a good source of protein to prepare for their families. Greater numbers of  shoppers are showing increasing concerns with where their food comes from and how it is produced. There is no better source and value than wild caught free range shrimp from the Gulf of Mexico. These American shrimp are caught by trained licensed local fishermen as part of our unique process. Our shrimp are produced from a sustainable and renewable resource and are considered a good alternative seafood item by the Monterey Bay Aquarium. The entire process is managed in a manner that ensures your customers will have the freshest shrimp possible.

It all starts with our totally exclusive process; troll times, deep chill temperatures, trip times and logistics to our new state of the art (SQF Level 3) processing facility. All of our processing areas are refrigerated with controlled temperatures throughout the plant. Our in house SQF certified staff members are led by a degreed food scientist from Louisiana State University. We have taken extra steps to show our commitment to our customers’ well-being. There is no other shrimp processing facility in the gulf south that has taken food safety & quality to this level. Our unique process and relationship with trained fisherman as well as the unsurpassed efforts in food safety result in a superior tasting shrimp that will have triple the shelf life than any other shrimp on the market.
